They weren’t very understanding when I had my high risk pregnancy and couldn’t lift much. The assistant manager basically ignored what I said and sent me outside in the ARIZONA heat to do all the outside tasks

QT needs to keep up with minimum wage for clerks. Although I was a manager for many years and I was paid well the part time staff is not nearly compensated enough. QT use to be about the people, customers and employees alike. Now it’s about the $$. They cut hours almost to the point where it affects customer service severely, health insurance went from amazing to terrible with no options. Quality on some store made items has decreased to increase profit margins. They preach the core values: be the best, do the right thing, focus long term, never be satisfied, and do what’s right for QT. But no longer follow those is just a sad day which is why I left after almost 20 years.
