Working here can be very physically demanding. Point of sale transactions, cleaning tasks, merchandising tasks.
Pros
Weekly pay Guaranteed overtime by working scheduled shifts Fantastic benefits. Health insurance is amazing. Bonuses for attendance; customer service, and sales
Cons
Schedules...there is no level of store management that has a good schedule. All morning shifts start at 5 or 5:30 (most daycares don't open til 6 at the earliest) and evening shifts don't end til 11pm (daycares don't stay open past 6-7) Assistant managers have a mandatory week of at least 46 hours...and entry level managers have 2 schedules to choose from...all overnights, or 2 overnights, 2 mornings, and an evening. Benefits are fantastic. All in all...I would not say it is a very family friendly company...but if you don't have kids or have a reliable sitter or partner who can watch kids then it's a fantastic place to work.
