Pros

When you work with a good team, it is a good place to work and get a sense of accomplishment. Allow remote workers and flexible time.

Cons

Revolving door of employees makes it hard to have forward progression in many areas. Are quick to go with one idea, drop it for new one, and the pattern continues on and on.

Pros

- Opportunity to grow within the company as long as you have an open communication with your manager - A lot of opportunity for ownership - Ability to gain a well rounded experience - Smaller teams, more 1 on 1 time with your manager - Best people, more than co workers - Flexible hours - Great work life balance - Company events (day aways, halloween, holiday parties, etc.)

Cons

- Need more team building events throughout the company, not just certain teams
