      1. Technically incompetent managers . 2. Cheap politics 3. Knowledge hoarding . 4. Very old technology stack . 5. Variable pay never paid in full . In some years no variable pay was given which is part of CTC .

      I worked at Quinstreet Software for 2 years. No Doubt, THE BEST Place to work! Working here helped me a lot to grow technically, professionally as well as personally. I will never forget the kindness of management and all of my colleagues. 1. The office environment and work culture is very friendly 2. HR: Always ready to listen to employee queries/concerns and try to help in the best possible way 3. Manager: Has always been a friend more than a Manager
