- You ca learn a lot as fresher in shorter period of time. - You learn complete model of company - One can easily check API developed by company, no restriction. - Not much of strict rules.

Cons

- You can not grow much technically, once you complete around 4 years of experience with company. - As per US market situation layoff keeps happening which can put you in insecure mind state. - Senior management don't give any importance to technical growth of company/employee. Every time cost matters most.

Great benefits. Pay was good for top 10%. Local management was soft. Freedom to manipulate process to render sales dollars. Got a cup and a backpack.

Cons

Nature of end product was shady. Sold rumers. Distrust of sub-executive level employees was Orwellian. Peter principal management. Catch phrase crazy. That said....end of the day...return on investment...Schlock
