They really care about their employees. CEO and COO are honest and stick to their word. They promote from within and if you are a hard worker who does great work, there is unlimited potential for you.

Cons

They are part of a publicly traded company and they have to make tough decisions to appease investors.

Unlimited PTO / Stocks / remote opportunity / decent tech stack / talented workers

Cons

Overworked and understaffed Management. Conflicting priorities and projects due to rapid launching of new products before prior rollouts were anywhere near complete caused domino effect of poor performance and results across the board. High turnover towards the end. New hires paid significantly less. 2+ years of pay freezes despite home improvement vertical success.

Advancement opportunities: promote from within Culture: Managers are caring leaders Work/Life balance: Some employees are fully remote some a hybrid Good Benefits: PTO, 401k available and excellent Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Cons

Employees are spread across the country with few office locations. Most meeting are virtual with some summit gatherings in person. The isolated nature of the virtual meeting make it more difficult to form connections with employees not in your direct work group.
