An okay place to start, but a bad place to stay

Pros

The location and office space are nice. A good place to learn the basics around internet marketing. Flexible schedules and time off.

Cons

Company is making everyone take forced vacation in order to hit short term Wall Street targets Nepotism is rampant Projects are never completed, but instead something new is started.

great place if you're looking for a work life balance and like working among smart people

Pros

People are very nice. You can achieve a work life balance. If you work hard you will be recognized. It's a "tech' company culture but large enough to have its formalities.

Cons

The work is not intellectually rigorous and most folks are essentially in sales. You're either managing clients, publishers, or campaigns which require good people and strategic thinking skills. Its hard to stay challenged and excited when life becomes mundane.

The rank and file are good people. Reasonable worklife balance. Good location. Interesting sets of challenges and problems to work on.

Cons

Company lacks focused long term direction. The company has been reactionary since going public. Senior management is absent, but continues to insist on micromanaging every last detail. This has led to a significant loss of talent throughout the company.
