      Pros

      Good work life balance. Managers are easy going. Indoor games like table tennis, carrom and chess.

      Cons

      Not using the latest technology trends. Systems are outdated. Pay is low for employees who are working with the company since a long time, but new joiners are given good pay.

      - Overall, good environment, team member and nice working culture - You will become full stack developer which will good for your personal profile. - Business associate and Managers are always prompt and responsive. - If you are willing and have right potential in you then they may allow you for internal switch too ( including technology )
