Team is well organized and motivated. The goal is clear and future is bright. Wellness and all company resource have been exceptional.

Cons

Use of external software to get job done needs a lot of layer of escalations. Though understandable from the cost-saving perspective, Home office equipment is kind of cheap. No Macbooks, which would limit productivity to some extent.
