Pros

Great place to start & strong reputation for training. Just like everyone else has said, work-life balance is ok. Great co-workers. Free soda, tuna, bagels, ramen, coffee, gum, occasional pizza party.

Cons

Driving leads to For-Profit Colleges wears on you. High turnover rate and regular Layoffs. Pay is well below market (25-35%) No 401K match, stingy RSU grants.

Cons

Hard work was never acknowledged. They treat employees as very easily dispensable - though this is a fact in case of any company - this attitude is made very obvious. Very low moral , high employee turnover and frequent layoffs.

Pros

My team members were great--they were consistently willing to offer help and they were fun people. Free drinks and bagel days, with occasional lunches (but honestly, not a huge perk as that is standard in Silicon Valley).

Cons

There is an extremely high turnover rate, as it seems like young people get in the door for experience and then get out as soon as they have a year under their belts (that's what I did). It wasn't worth staying with the company for a low salary and an unstimulating job.
