      Pros

      Relaxed office environment, friendly coworkers, office provides snacks and drinks, vacations, 2 week holiday shutdown in the winter/new year, depending on how lucky you get your boss can be your friend or enemy

      Cons

      high turnover rate, my team is not the same people a year ago, salary comes out to be average if not a tad below it, weak company culture although the admin team is kinda starting to push on it, company has been on the decline

      Good place to start your career. Engaging work in the mainstream of what is happening on the web.

      Cons

      10-12 hour days. Workload is stifling. Management out of touch with the business and the employee base.
