      Friendly for the most part.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is lacking, but brown-nosing will take you places. HR is almost non-existent. There is an extreme lack of diversity.

      Remote, Paid time off and Medical and Dental Benefits

      Cons

      The commission structure has changed SIX (6) times in the last year from a whopping 23% down to only 3% in commission. Horrible environment now. They only care about finding a way to bring you “back to the office” and removing your work from home benefits… awful managers, awful vision… and horrible place to work
