Disorganized chaos with upward mobility

Pros

The lack of structure gives a lot more room and flexibility outside of traditional roles. This gives opportunity to get experience and responsibility that you normally would not receive elsewhere.

Cons

Lack of structure and organization may be tough to handle as this leads to fire drills and reactive measures. Some may end up burning out as responsibilities outstrip the hours in a day.

Pros

For such a long standing company in the performance marketing space, QS is very forward thinking and open to changes. Often in these types of companies there is a “this is how we’ve always done it” mentality, but that has not been my experience. From the top down, everyone is truly interested in the success of the entire team, and they are willing to try new ideas and procedures. The flexibility is unmatched- flexible PTO, ability to work remotely from anywhere in the world, and th e ability to find your own niche in one of the many verticals and products that Quinstreet operates in (from term life insurance to solar panels and home services).

Cons

The mobility and opportunity that comes from working at Quinstreet has resulted in a seemingly ever-changing team. As people get promotions and move to other areas of the company, teams are left rebuilding and often training new associates.
