Great team and flexibility. I had several family emergencies (fathers caregiver) and was allowed to miss and make up my days during the weekend. Dough, the founder seems to be pretty down to earth and actually shows up to meetings and answers questions from his employees.
The pay for a contractor was okay too.
Cons
We work in silos and there was a lack of transparency and communication. We weren't allowed to have cross-functional team collaboration which I found odd for a performance marketing company.
Leadership was lacking and sometimes toxic.
1- Good and friendly team members .
2- Team members allow freshers to learn and also explain them .
3- competitive salary.
4- Good Office .
Cons
I really cant find any cons over here
