Pros

Stangnant, but stable pay paid on time

Cons

No salary hikes or meaningful appraisals for 3–4 years, regardless of performance. Virtually no career growth or internal mobility—promotion paths are unclear and rare. The India office is largely ignored in decision-making and treated as an execution center. Leadership lacks visibility and engagement with India teams. Feedback is rarely acknowledged or acted upon. Morale is low across teams due to prolonged stagnation and lack of recognition.

Pros

- 100% Remote - Great, smart, reliable coworkers - Learn something new every day

Cons

- Leadership is too comfortable wielding the layoff hatchet. I've come to expect it quarterly. Done without warning and you only find out when team mates don't show up for a call. - Cost of living adjustments have only occurred once in the last three years.
