Pros

SO MANY opportunities for challenges and sharing challenges with talented colleagues. Never a moment to sit on the bench if your skills are current. Really cool administrative staff support you daily.

Cons

Rapid growth of newly public firm causing leadership to be a bit unsettled. Benefits not great. Some technology disciplines are not well-staffed and cause delivery stress for SMEs.

Pros

Small company with big company values and drive. They are an old-new startup with lots of experience and expertise. Great work environment, leadership and management invested in making Q a great place to work at. Local projects with minimal travel.

Cons

I was not there very long, and I really did not see any. I enjoyed everyone I worked with and think there is huge potential for the right people.
