Despite some challenges that often accompany high growth companies and acquisitions, the company continues to hire great people and leaders and is seeing positive momentum in its various lines of business. The leaders and employees care and are excited about what the future holds despite the challenges.

Cons

With multiple lines of business, it can feel very hectic at times. But leadership continues to mature in their roles and lead with the right intentions.

Fully remote, solid benefits and good work life balance.

Cons

Many layoffs this year after not hitting revenue targets. Leadership of my division seemed clueless on how to operate in multiple swim lanes at once. After several years of high profits, Q seems to now be flailing in an increasingly tough market without a clear vision of how to pivot.

Strange hiring process! I was contacted by one recruiter. She conducted the video and call interviews, quality assurance language test, next step test, ..etc. like there's no one else working at this company!
