Pros

Talented developers and if you like MS, this place to feel like home. Development runs the company even if the CEO loves telling everyone the company is sales driven.

Cons

Hiring always last minute. No one on the bench and everyone over extended. High turnover since last acquisition. During all of this, where is the CEO? Keep in mind, Quisitive is a fairly small company yet the CEO doesn't generally attend any meeting with regular employees. Our only exposure to him is when he shows up each quarter for the all company cheerleading meeting.

- great culture - very knowledgeable team - highly concerned about employee well being - developer growth focused - talent-driven leadership, the guys in charge got there by merit and really know their stuff - great mentors, Jedi Masters

Cons

- Sometimes you can be assigned a difficult client, but that is how the dice rolls.

Very chaotic working environment with the organization taking on too much work without having the technical staff to support the work. Technical resources lacked critical skills, knowledge, drive, and availability due to being assigned too many projects.
