Pros

Total compensation, growth opportunities, smart colleagues. Lots of exciting work and relationship with Microsoft Strong Leadership!

Cons

Growing pains of merging three companies at 1 time. Too much work for the amount of staff.

Pros

Challenging workload and project for consultants looking to grow careers. No micromanagement of day to day tasks. Currently growing and looking to expand into other markets. Great access to Microsoft technical resources and training for consultants who choose to take advantage. This is truly a service organization and change is constant. Management has made changes to allow for faster and more transparent career advancement.

Cons

Past layoffs ( a small % of consultants) due to client project mix moving away from legacy technology. This is a reality of service organizations in general.
