Pros

Quisitive has a great work environment. It is growing quickly, but individual contributions matter and are celebrated by the team. Great culture and friendships within the company, I have met a lot of amazing people working here. Good personal growth opportunities and chances to advance within the org from within.

Cons

Benefits are lacking compared to other companies (though a full work-from-home model prior to the pandemic is a huge plus). Consultants can get 'marooned' on boring projects for extended periods of time, but management is good about listening to people and helping them find new opportunities. The challenge of rapid growth through acquisition has caused a dilution in culture, though I expect this is just temporary.
