Free alcoholic beverages and nothing else

Cons

-They just downsized the majority of the bench but many of the folks still there are the ones looking for jobs. Just waiting for the beginning of the year to make their move. -Management continues to make questionable decisions.

Pros

Small company with big company values and drive. They are an old-new startup with lots of experience and expertise. Great work environment, leadership and management invested in making Q a great place to work at. Local projects with minimal travel.

Cons

I was not there very long, and I really did not see any. I enjoyed everyone I worked with and think there is huge potential for the right people.

Pros

The consultants are nice and talented. The array of different projects is good when they have them.

Cons

Management and executives are only out for themselves and will throw you under the bus to cover their butt with the CEO. The CEO says he has an open door policy and he does. He listens but nothing happens. The RIF's are very scary for the rest of us here. We don't know if we are next as they are not selling projects.
