They lack the necessary expertise to guide the team and often make decisions based on gossips and hearsay No Transparency: Management keeps employees in the dark. There is no open communication regarding company direction or major changes. Lack of Career Growth: There is no clear path for advancement. If you are looking to grow your skills or move up, you will find yourself stuck due to a lack of professional development.
