      Pros

      The company is full of talented, thoughtful people who care deeply about the mission, and they are the main reason many employees stay. The product and branding is still pretty top-notch. It's definitely a place you can be proud of working at. Techstack was moving in the right direction and compensation is not bad (outside of underwater equity value)

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the current leadership often seemed reactive rather than strategic, with shifting priorities and limited transparency. The recent layoffs destroys trust and morale. As AI increases competition in edtech, strong vision and execution matter more than ever.

      There exist good people who care about customers and coworkers alike.

      Cons

      Pure unmitigated chaos. Where once there was startup typical chaos, there is now AI fueled desperation. Direction is unclear, and new management seems to have no idea how to communicate with humans.
