Pros

Free crackers, sometimes free food

Cons

I would not recommend working here, especially not for the long term. The environment is extremely toxic and driven by fear. Leadership is not only incompetent but often retaliates against employees who raise concerns or point out issues. Constructive feedback is treated as insubordination, and speaking up can easily get you fired. The culture encourages backstabbing and gossip — managers and team members regularly talk behind each other’s backs and even pit employees against one another. There’s no sense of psychological safety, collaboration, or trust. People are frequently set up to fail, given little support, and then blamed when things go wrong. If you value a healthy work-life balance, supportive management, or a growth-oriented culture, this is not the place for you.
