Pros

Paid Holidays, Healthcare, not wanting a will to live, the drink fridge, free stuff, cool shape building, demand planning ladies are nice.

Cons

No boundaries, managers will keep you working till 6 PM or even 7 PM ~ "I really appreciate it." Make sure your starting salary is high because that's what you'll be making for the next 5 years. CUSTOMER SERVICE - BIG TEXT, I answered 50 calls per day placing slipper orders for OLD farts. "We like a family here" - RED FLAG, not all families are good. This one is rotten.

Pros

Free snacks. The pay was fair.

Cons

Turnover of upper management leading to limited advancement for team members. Company speaks of 'promoting from within' but will usually hire from outside for lead positions, leading to an interesting situation: team level management/directors often have no idea what or how their team is supposed to do, but who can sell themselves as experts in whatever position they seek. Until it is necessary to produce results on their own merit. Add to that a corporate affection for the 'next big thing' - usually a few years too late (such as 'open office' environments - implemented AFTER big tech had found them non-consequential productivity wise).
