Pros

Company has evolved greatly the past 5 years. Believe the revenue has doubled. Modernized a strong company with Digital and ecommerce. Benefits are great, especially Health and the 2 weeks of company breaks (4th of July and Christmas/New Year). Glad to be on a strong team that is going places.

Cons

Hybrid environment is very good but sometimes it would help getting together more often for collaboration, training and team building.

Pros

I like my coworkers, benefits are good, I have been able to grow at a strong pace that allowed me to learn and expand my skill set. It’s a company you can see yourself at for a long time. They’ve also grown during Covid and we had no lay offs. It was nice to have during an uncertain time in retail.

Cons

I can’t think of anything glaring but if I had to list one, maybe an update or two to certain systems, that to me is not a deal breaker and I am still well trained on the current ones.

Pros

RG Barry has a good mix of experienced employees, ranging from tenured to interns. Always someone to seek wisdom and insights from. Great mentors and room to grow individually. Open communication with open minds and free thinking. Company wide week-long holidays (2/year) promote mental health and allow everyone to rest and recover during busy times. Health benefits are good.

Cons

Smaller company vibes are not for everyone, I personally love the family-like feel, but there are some things that may be considered cons to some people in this environment
