Pros

Variety of talent ranging from experienced employees with 30+ years at the company to some more recent recruits from different backgrounds. The team is elevated and motivating which makes for an exciting atmosphere. Everyone seems to have something to offer and every opinion is valued.

Cons

The growing business can be tough to keep up with. Some changes in the recent years - but everyone seems optimistic about the company's future and any concerns are addressed quickly and honestly.

The company has gone through a lot of changes for the good. The culture is really great. If you want to learn there is someone to help guide you. As long as you are open minded you can really get some great experience.

Cons

No major cons. There is availability to work from home but not consistently.
