Cons
There is a reason why R/GA Media does not win the large media accounts. The media team operates as a startup even though they are part of a large network with an abundance of resources. Every person works on multiple accounts and believe this is a disservice to the clients as they do not receive a fully dedicated media team. There are only a couple of full time media accounts and the rest are projects that are won only because the creative teams have won the accounts and the media team will perform smaller projects.
