Became increasingly hard to sell work through. - Bad behavior goes unchecked, especially with creatives. - Leadership has no interest in making improvements with the current situation. People are burnt out, don't feel valued, and lack motivation.

Deception from leadership across the board. Racial bias. No sense of job security. The almighty ivory tower can determine your fate at any waking moment. And again, racial bias.
