      Pros

      R+L is a family run company and the family is heavily involved(rare). There are not only opportunities to work and build your career but also to learn things every day! Transportation/Supply chain is a challenging industry, but each day is different keeping you on your toes. They have competitive benefits and resorts you can stay at for free, yes I said free. Love the atmosphere and coworkers.

      Like any career, you have good days and bad days. If you are unhappy in your department, try another before leaving the company. Several options to find a good fit.

      Been working with them for 3 years best company I have worked for yet they treat me like family Tons of overtime Hard work Weekends off

      top 5 in pay per hour for the region

      Cons

      NO OVERTIME i mean they will let you work all the hours they can but at straight pay, long hours on average 55 hrs or more with NO OVERTIME. plus they want you to sell for free when they have paid sellsmen.
