      Mediocrity at it's best

      Pros

      Casual dress code. Although sometimes it seemed so casual, maybe that isn't really a Pro ... but you definitely don't have to go out and buy expensive business attire. In fact if you do dress up at all, everyone assumes you must be going to an interview that day. Promotion from within - if you've been there forever. Employee resorts, but good luck getting enough time off to use them if you actually do a good job.

      Cons

      IT leadership lucked into the positions, right place, right time. Technology in use is outdated, lots of turnover, knowledgeable resources are overworked and not appreciated, whereas mediocrity is rewarded and applauded on a regular basis. Benefits are not good compared to competition.

      Ok place to work but prep for weather

      Pros

      They do pay decent but no overtime. Vaction time part time or full time with resorts that can be used. Once your full time you can usually get as many hours as you want

      Cons

      They keep making guys management that have never done anything like it with a crew of guys behind them trying to give advice that they won't take. Then the guys that work hard management will want them to pick up slack of guys messing around all day and won't say a word to them. Most of our crew have tried to bring attention to problems to higher mangement clear up to there regional managers and they just brush it off.

      Pros

      Pay was good on linehauls and if you did your job as expected there weren't usually any problems with upper management.

      Cons

      Some of the other drivers were too busy sucking up to management & trying to get others fired instead of just doing their jobs.
