Really good place

Pros

Great place. They understand the things come up and work with you if you need time off. Management is some of the best. Good pay.weekends off

Cons

Probably would have to go with some of the litigate deliveries. Some thing are way to big and heavy to use a 4ft liftgate

I had no pros to list

Cons

I was never trained. Never did P&D in my life. My second day in ( first day was all office work and videos) they tried to send me out on my own. No idea how to do any of there paperwork or anything. Was set up to fail.

Pros

1) Good people to work with 2) Can improve a lot how different departments collaborate

Cons

1) Communication lacking between managers and employee 2) Not for long term, good enough to start a career 3) Not using recent technologies and tools 4) Communication is not good to international people, since visa is required for employment. Legal department is inefficient to quickly process applications. Many international people worry because of this, which ultimately affects their work and have left. 5) High attrition rate
