      Pros

      Your Average LTL Carrier. Family owned company. The executive team as you would imagine is all made up of family. Very good foot print for service in the OH area.

      Cons

      Greed has surfaced and company no longer wants to service the little guy. But what they forget is it was all those little guy companies that put them on the map in the first place. As they have grown they now treat their employees very poorly. Again many have helped this company grow and have now been forgotten. Sales people are treated as the bottom feeders. In fact the company as a whole has been taught to treat the sales folks as an outsider. Hard to get things done.

      If there were any pros, I'd put them here, but there are not.

      Cons

      The company refuses to give raises, they manage employees like they own them...almost terrorizing in their tactics, their math is always fuzzy when it comes to incentives or sharing "how" they came to the amount to pay you. If you want to be in sales for a freight company, DON'T go to work for this company! I've seen first hand and heard from so many about the crap this company does to its employees. Ridiculous.
