Management shows favoritism. Covers up the racism and treats there employees like their not human just a number.

40 hour week typically. Not much overtime. Work load is manageable. Drivers are given realistic size routes to complete each day.

Cons

Medical plan very expensive with high deductible. Only 1 week vacation/year until 3rd year. If you do work overtime, there is no premium pay. All pay is straight time.
