Pros

Great Pay. The use of company owned resorts at anytime. Great group of people to work with. Contest drawings around Christmas. Paid vacations and personal days.

Cons

Technology is dated. Every 3-6 months there are matrix changes that cause confusion. Open dock environment that leaves you exposed to the elements. Understaffed in all areas of operation except upper management. Difficult to advance up in the company.

Pros

Drivers and staff were great to deal with.Very educational for me seeing how the freight is moved. Being a mechanic ordering parts from the NJ command ctr.was never a problem.

Cons

2 Mechanics for 48 tractors X2 trailers. NJ Command wants the PM's done over the DVIR"s, Ludicrous. Also tried to jump from mechanic to team line haul driver, they wouldn't it. AMF R&L
