Pros

Decent pay, and great resorts free of charge

Cons

No Time Off, had to drive 400-500 miles a night + work dock,drop/hook up trailers, no pay for break downs or waiting for loads. If you get to top of your pay scale, they find ways to get u to quit/resign or terminate you, so they can hire new workers at lower pay rate. They do not commend good workers. We had 12 drivers who quit, got terminated, or layed off at one terminal,in a month`s time frame.

Pros

Paid weekly, company resorts are free for use and the company is privately owned by a liquid family. They are not indebted up to their eyeballs like some of their competitors

Cons

Leadership is lacking in every area they have gotten too big for their britches and employees are expected to work twice as hard as one would anywhere else day in and day out. If you want to get burned out on your work-work here!
