Pros

Good pay, some of the people are really good people.

Cons

very cold in winter. They provide a heated trailer to warm up between jobs, but one of the leads will imply you are slacking if you use it. Old equipment. Nothing is done to create a "happy" workplace. If a person is a "producer" he is held to a different standard. Creating animosity. Work schedule not regular.

Weekly pay and free stay at the company resorts, I liked some of my co-workers and repetitive work with overtime.

Cons

EVERYTHING! Management is just awful about everything. If you can avoid this place do it! Definitely not the kind of job you want to stay at.

HR does not treat employees fairly. President, HR and upper management does not give the Service Center Mangers very much support.
