Pros

Some really good co-workers. That's about it for the positives.

Cons

Too many hours working for too little pay. The good workers are under appreciated and the lazy are rewarded. Supposedly a company that prides themselves on "promoting from within," but it RARELY happens. There is a company web page titled "We Care," which promises a response within 24 hours, but there is never a response. That shows just how much R&L truly cares. Everything went negative once Zimmerman took over the reigns. Too bad for the Roberts family.

Good Pay, good people, small company feel for a large company. Drivers work well. I would definitely come back. The resteraunt business isn't for me

Cons

Still the trucking Industry. Same old customer complaints as far as timing (not fast enough/ not slow enough etc, etc)
