      THIS is a company that onlt gives 33 cent yearly raises and only gives llunch to empliyees one time a year

      Pros

      Great learning experience. I learned a lot about basic IT skills that I did not have before I went to work there. I had good equipment and a manager that would take calls if we got too backed up for some reason. Employees could stay at several resorts that the company owned for free.

      Cons

      There are too many managers that have conflicting ideas about things that should be done. Pay was well below average in the position that I was in. Manager kept volunteering his team for additional tasks. Many tasks became the teams job because the people that should have done it would pawn it off on someone else. There were no pay increases to offset the level of responsibility that was continuously growing. The areas of advancement are limited to a few types of positions. Lots of animosity between departments that needed to work together.

      Some workers actually do care about the job that they do. Get paid weekly. drivers are good to work with.

      Cons

      pay is not worth the work. mangement does not care about the workers. benefits are to expensive hours are too long
