iT STARTED OUT GOOD, BUT IN THE END HTEY DO PEOPLE WRONG, YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER.

Decent pay, vacation spots they own free of charge to use, Sundays off.

Cons

You have to wait daily on freight, no certain starting time for line haul drivers and do not get paid while you wait. Need to update eqipment, poor maintenance overall. they wait till you breakdown on road to fix it, no preventive maintenace.

Very bad equipment. Lack of discipline.

Paychecks don't bounce. Mechanics are very good.

Cons

Old equipment costs drivers CSA points during inspections. Lack of management at the service centers. Sub managers have no authority to discipline workers. Lack of discipline among senoir drivers. No service center support for its employees.

Pay, time off, uniforms, employee vacations resorts

Cons

when freight thins out so do the hours of the bottom few. There is no team work when it comes to the dock workers and drivers. They load it in the trailer fast and do not care if the driver can get it off or not.
