Pros

Weekly pay. And yea that’s it.

Cons

Expected to work 12-15 hours. No overtime pay for all employees, salary with zero bonuses. They will not hire more employees, and expect everyone to work 10-14 hours.

Chaotic but laid back

Pros

They leave you alone if you do your job. The Robert’s family act like they care about their drivers, as evidenced by the free company resorts, and the quality of the equipment. The maintenance is exceptional by any standard, let alone for LTL companies. Fantastic work/life balance.

Cons

A lot of their processes seem clunky, and inefficient. We pay for our electric pallet jacks in their entirety. The maintenance on them is free as long as we’re employed, but I feel like the company could chip in a bit more for the purchase.

Cons

Privately owned. People get help then they throw it in your face. The pay is horrible. politics trump respect. judgemental
