A good place to work for the early days of the career. Supportive people and lots of activities apart from work is a good thing. Competitive environment drives higher production.

Cons

People once become managers become slackers. They hardly do any work. Many of the middle-level managers rate people on their personal grudges and always look to point out mistakes rather. People yearn for respect because of their authority and not out of goodwill.
