Ethical, structured company. Very busy but surrounded by good people always willing to help

Pros

There are good people at almost every place of employment. You can some find good people who work at RRD.

Cons

If you are able to then you should stay away from the company. RR Donnelley has not been profitable in recent years and this is a reflection of the leadership at all levels. Benefits can be categorized as at the lowest / minimum level. Most employees pay significant out of pocket costs. RRD is a leader in all forms of discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, age, disability, religion, and veteran status. From the first day at RR Donnelley, and all the years in-between, the company culture perpetuates negative and oppressive atmospheres of intimidation and exclusion.

Pros

Its a job if you really need one. They'll hire anyone and advance you very quickly if you stick around.

Cons

The cost of health insurance doubled, no pension, Pay ceilings were cut back, no 401K match. There are so many temps and new people that the place just isnt running like it should.
