      Decent pay and newer technology

      Cons

      Forced overtime, benefits stink, no 401k, no pension, quality of work life is really bad. Lots of craft are leaving. Wouldn't be surprised if they close the doors

      Pros

      Local management, fellow co-workers. Great pay for veteran employees who have postings. Flexible with vacation scheduling and getting off for dr. appointments.

      Cons

      No 401k match, no help with ins premiums. High turn around with new employees. Starting wage needs to be raised. Need more than a %1 raise.

      Pros

      This is hard to say, but hourly pay is higher than it should be. This is probably why most of us have stuck around through the crap. Plenty of challenges on a daily basis. Great hourly work force.

      Cons

      Reduced benefits and that one thing... I think it was called a bonus-winshare. Poor upper management in the facility. Top brass can do no wrong is a good cliche for this group. It is kind of funny how replacing just one or two at the top with common sense leaders could help the facility to actually thrive in the dead industry of print. Taking care of the machinery and proper training would pay dividends to lowering unit cost. Trust the years of knowledge and opinions of the minions-they may actually have a clue.
