Pros

Plenty of work, Donnelley has become a very rich and powerful competitor as they have crush competition, because they have always been a front runner in technology and lower benefits and pay which gives them a pricing edge when it comes to the market

Cons

Cannot plan for anything, at anytime expected to work overtime. Do to the lack of experience from several down sizes the ones left have to pick up the slack, they have to learn to do more with less is the norm now, not enough people to run machines, so massive overtime, company's loyalty to loyal and faithful employees is non-existence.
