Pros
This corporation didn't immediately shut down the small local printing company they acquired. They waited a couple of years.
Cons
Poor training. Lack of diversity when hiring and promoting people. Not being honest about company roadmap. Planned to close down the facility that i worked at from day one, but needed to acquire the knowledge and skill set to produce some of the products. Expected the workers to use faulty equipment and blamed them for poor production results.
