Flexibility in hours- lacks benefits everywhere else

Pros

The one nice thing about RRD is the flexibility to make your own schedule and work remotely if need be.

Cons

- terrible pay -terrible family leave - huge gender gap - limited room for career growth -lack of leadership - after the acquisition of valassis in 2024 there is a huge pay discrepancy between RRD employees and former Valassis employees… often times subordinates are making 1.75x what their new managers are making
