Not sure what to do with off-site contractors

Pros
The pay was very good (though I had to negotiate before accepting the job) and I met some bright, interesting fun people - both on the agency side and the client side.
Cons
My team and I were almost 100% off-site - either working from home or working at the clients' office. Though we appreciated the flexibility, RR Donnelley was inept at keeping in touch, inviting us to team-building events, keeping us in touch with HR, etc. It was quite isolating.
