      Unskilled local management created big problems resulting in bad work environment.

      Pros

      In the plant and company wide, there are many good people to work with who really care. Pay is good but benefits are substandard.

      Cons

      At the plant level, management is ineffective and immature. Favoritism is prevalent! Open door policy is ignored. On off shifts, employees are not supervised and can get away with anything. No teamwork. Employees are hostile and burned out.
