Pros

There are very few pros to this company. The only one I can think of is, the relationships you build with your coworkers.

Cons

There are to many to mention. Having to hear management boast about how we are a "Fortune 250 Company" when they are running the building into the ground." Management is fake, they expect one person to do 3 people's jobs and do them well. They have nothing but negative things to say because it's impossible to meet your goals. Lots of mistakes happen because people are spread to thin. High turnover adds to those problems. No proper training, Horrible benefits, horrible raises, no 401 K match, the list goes on.

Pros

I absolutely loved working for R.R. Donnelley. The people, the plant, and the location.

Cons

I did not like working 12 hour rotating shift.

Pros

You work independently without having someone constantly watching your back. Easy work. Days go by fast if your constantly working.

Cons

Dealing with rude, disrespectful leads. Some leads always complain about needing their product and that they're missing items when they are the ones who lose them. Little to no notice when they require you to stay overtime
